Renting with no commission: how it works
Why the tenant does not pay a fee to the agency.
At Netspot Lat the tenant pays no commission. It is not a promotion in small print: the owner covers the agency work.
What 0% means
You leave a request, view homes and sign a lease. There is no separate invoice to the tenant for agency services. The owner pays for the search, viewings and checks — so we can take the tenant through to signing without a second bill.
How the search runs
The brief is the same idea as a purchase, with a rental horizon: area, budget, term, household, pets, parking. We shortlist from the portfolio and arrange viewings. Geography is all of Latvia, not only central Riga.
Checks still happen
Zero commission does not mean any lease, no questions asked. Owners need a tenant who can pay and look after the home. We check the tenant and put a clear lease on paper: term, deposit, payments, who repairs what.
If a home is wrong, we look for the next one. A specialist answers in person until you rent or you stop the search.
